Our Story
It Began From the Life of a Dancer
Megan has spent more than 17 years as a professional dancer and performing artist. Her life asks for extraordinary amounts of movement, creativity, discipline and energy.

The Search
Between rehearsals, performances, travel, training and creating, she kept looking for something simple: a genuinely delicious, nourishing snack with meaningful protein that she could take anywhere.
Granola was convenient. But conventional, oat-heavy granola wasn't something she wanted to rely on every day. So she started making her own.
The Accident
What began as inspiration from watching a friend make granola became years of experimentation. She approached the recipe the way she approaches movement: intuitively, creatively, and with close attention to how every piece works together. Ingredients changed. Textures evolved. Ratios were refined.
Then quinoa flakes arrived by mistake, after she ordered something else entirely. She tried them anyway.
They were delicious. So they stayed.
The Sharing
She began sharing it with friends and family. People didn't just enjoy it. They asked for more. The recipe that had quietly fuelled her own momentum had become something worth sharing.
Momentum Crunch was born, around one simple idea: nourish what moves you.

Megan embodies both worlds, and so does the granola. It should never feel like sterile performance nutrition, and never like empty indulgence.
